Write Everything Down

I encourage those of you in business to write everything down. This will give you the information needed to create systems to run your business optimally.

Don't let the word systems put you off. Your business is unique because it is your vision and passion. Creating systems unique unto your business will simply allow you to run it optimally. It will give you a method to train others to do what you do. So write down everything you do in your business and I do mean everything.

Even the way the bathroom should be kept should be written down. Creating these systems will allow you the freedom to work on your business instead of in it.
